Part One:
Step 1: Loan Applicant Information
Step 2: Installation Information and Electric and/or Gas Utility Information
Step 3: Estimated Completion Date and Project, HPwES and/or HVAC measures selected
Step 4:
- Contractor and Loan Details – Contractor selection, number of hours of FTE contractor jobs, HPwES Job ID Number (if applicable) and loan amount
- Project Details – Project amount and HVAC project standards (if applicable)
Step 5: Utility bill and Contractor’s quote
Part Two: Final Sales Invoice, Certificate of Completion, and HPwES job ID number (if applicable) and/or HVAC Job ID number (if applicable)
